Music Major at Penn?

I visited Penn a few weeks ago and immediately fell in love with the campus, atmosphere, and people. However, I'm primarily interested in studying music (either music history or composition, not performance) and I couldn't really get a sense of the strengths or weaknesses of Penn's music program. Can anyone tell me anything about this, especially in comparison to music at the other Ivy League schools? I know Yale is known for their graduate school but I'm not sure if it would be the same for undergrad. I'd also probably double major with something else in the humanities (undecided); would this be feasible to do as a music major?

Thanks!

Penn’s Music Department has long been ranked among the top 10 in the country, generally quite strong in musicology, music history, and composition. And yes, you could easily double-major with something else (many, if not most, of the undergrads in Penn’s College of Arts and Sciences pursue double majors).
