Music resume?

I am preparing my music resume and I was just wondering how I should include vocal experience. I am auditioning to schools on flute (music ed) but I am also very involved in vocal music. I am in a number of different choirs and was recently selected for all state. How should I include this on my music resume? Should I list flute and vocal ensembles/accomplishments separately? Or group them together?

Also, should I list musical theatre experience? I was planning on having an "other musical activities" section where I listed things like tri-m music honor society. Would musical theatre go there or should I just leave it out?

My opinion is to list them seperately with the primary interest first. So first would be your flute experience, years played and in what context, with whom you have studied, honors etc. and then do the same for vocals. Include MT as you propose.

When we wrote performance resumes for my kids we made categories for “auditioned ensembles” and “other ensembles”…all ensembles were listed chronologically in these categories. “Recitals” is a different category. There are probably other ways to do this…but this is what made sense to us.
