<p>D got an e-mail few days ago about music scholarship. They need a application form, recommendation and CD.<br>
She is not sure is she wants to make that commitment for orchestra and private lesson but would like to know how difficult to get this scholarship and if she decide not to apply, will this hurt her chance to get in Lehigh? She applied RD.</p>

<p>And does anyone know if I’m not applying for a scholarship and I still want to send in a CD, if I should send it only to the admission office or also to the music department? THanks</p>

<p>Yes, our daughter got an e-mail that she is a finalist - they are having live auditions on Feb. 26th.</p>

<p>No, we live in Oregon, so she won’t be able to go to the private auditions. We met with 5 of the staff members when we went to visit in August, and my daughter played for them then. The music staff at Lehigh is wonderful! Very dedicated, caring people. There are a lot of musical opportunities at Lehigh and I just cannot say enough about the warm welcome we received from all!!</p>
