I auditioned January 26th at the Music School (major) and was wondering when we hear back! And also, how hard is it for a tenor to get in and to get a scholarship?

P.S. Is Case's music school regarded highly or is it mediocre ?

anyone?!!?

Case and CIM offer cross-registration for some classes. Although I am not familiar with Case's program, my nephew (a composition major) has been pretty happy with his four years at CIM.

Jeremy, the 'scholarship' part certainly going to be more difficult than the 'getting in' part. My guess is that it many take a while to hear from them on scholarships - the Music Acheivement auditions are still open, and the Faculty Awards just closed:

"To receive scholarship consideration for the 2007-2008 year, you must audition in person by Friday, February 23, 2007. Music Achievement Award auditions must be completed by Saturday, March 31, 2007. "

My son is not a music major but is a tenor and sings in the various choral groups. He especially enjoys the Early Music Singers, which contains UG, G & faculty members. The level of performance seems to be quite high.
