Music supplement deadline?

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>I was just wondering if I missed something. The instructions for submitting a CD to Harvard don't mention a deadline, but I've started hearing that there is one. I specifically checked a dozen times to make sure they didn't mention a date, but now I'm nervous. </p>

<p>Does anyone know?</p>

<p>I'm planning to send it in on Monday, January 9th. I could overnight it so it could get there January 10th. My interview went very well and I gave her a CD, so she'll probably mention something about my music, so I'm guessing I should still submit it even if it is late.</p>

<p>Yes, I’m afraid you did miss something. The deadline for all application materials (Transcript, SSR Report, Common App, Supplement, Supplemental Materials and Teacher Recommendations) was January 1st. I imagine Harvard’s file room is still putting together files, so I would overnight your CD to the Admissions Office on Monday, so they have enough time to send the CD off to the music department for evaluation.</p>

<p>They should definitely make that clearer. I would have sent it in earlier if I had realized that. </p>

<p>Well, at least I’ll still be considered for admission.</p>
