how easy is it to find a decent job after majoring in music technology?

Depends on your definition of decent. There are usually jobs available at studios and radio/TV stations if you are willing to relocate near a city, commute from where housing is cheap, start out on the late shift and work lots of overtime to make ends meet. Such jobs tend to have a lot of turnover due to burnout. It generally takes years of this kind of work to get beyond the entry level and into what most people would call a decent job.
