Music You Like

Kamelot, Symphony X, Nightwish, Epica, After Forever, Madder Mortem, The Gathering... mainly power/symphonic/prog metal, I suppose. I've also been getting into Dark Tranquillity and Amon Amarth as of late; I also like Tool, System of a Down, Dir en grey, and Tori Amos. :]

Part of the reason the lunchtime music at my school is so bad is that they play the SAME SONGS (that I don't like anyway) EVERY DAY. It's horrible. I was so happy when the weather got nice enough to eat outside, away from the music a little bit.

wow. its ok. thats your opinion. i respect it. i'll probably feel the same way if i heard rock and techno everyday at lunch. LOL

I think I'd feel that way if I heard the same songs of ANY artist or genre every day at lunch, to tell the truth. I'm definitely not meaning to be tetchy. :)

The Blow + Sufjan

:)

Well, I listen to various types of genre, but I listen to R&B and hip-hop the most. Some my fav artists are Beyonce, Rihanna, Ciara, Amy Winehouse, Christina Aguilera, and many more to count.

I like the umbrella song. Not so much the video or anything else that has to do with it except the part that goes "eh eh eh"

Lol. :)

Yea, that's what got me hooked on the song...

Broadway and Disney. And some random songs from every other genre...

-The Musical Coot66

Dancehall, Rap, Techno, Hip-Hop, and Classical [gotta love Vivaldi :D].

My favorite band is a three way tie between Sonic Youth, Sleater-Kinney, and Radiohead. I'm mostly into rock/alternative/indie/what have you music. I also enjoy anything involving cellos, especially Rasputina.

51 posts and no mention of the Bravery. Awful.

My school is extremely rich and preppy, and they always play these horrible rap songs during lunch so loudly it is impossible to carry on a conversation. Damn I hate my school.

Rasputina = win.

Have you ever heard of Apocalyptica? They're classically trained cellists whose albums contain both their own work and covers of classic rock/metal tunes. It's pretty sweet stuff.

^I love Apocalyptica Deadlands. :)
I just discovered Rammstein, which I've been blasting non stop.

Also on my playlist...

Sergio Mendes
