Must decide SOON!!!

Hi,
Have been reading the forums for a while, but this is my first post. I would really appreciate any advice.

I need a science/math rec. My current teacher (AP Chem) says that since he hasn't known me for very long that i would be better off getting a rec from my AP Phys teacher. I got a 5 and 800 in Phys, but i feel like my teacher doesn't like me or have a high opinion of me.
I can also ask my AP Bio teacher (Sophomore yr) or my AP Comp Sci teacher who has taught me for 3 years. I have had 4 classes with him. I would like to have him write my rec because he loves me, I did well in all of his classes, and I know that he will try his hardest to write a good rec.
I am wondering if colleges will look down on a rec from an elective teacher. Also, I know that he isn't the best with fancy English; after all, he teaches comp sci. I am quite confident however that he either uses a well written model or has someone read over them for him. He worked in management before he became a teacher, so he obviously isn't illiterate.
So, who should i go with?

Go with the AP Comp Sci teacher. If he thinks you are an incredible student he will take the time to create a very good recc even if it requires going back to SAT vocab and grammer. lol

Thanks.
Thats what i was thinking.
So no problem with him being an elective teacher?
