Did anyone else get this email about an overnight visit in April?

I hope it means a likely acceptance due to the fact that the overnight stays would be held in April, while we receive our letters before April.....?

any other input? -_-

i got it too! i hope this means something ^_^

My D got one. Hope that takes the sting out of the UCLA rejection.

why "multicultural?" Is it for minority students?

oh no!! i didn't get one. does this mean i didn't get in?

worry worry worry

hmm I'm not sure why its "multicultural" ... well if it means anything I'm kind of a "minority" ... but like each themed weekend was like "arts" "sciences" "explore los angeles" ... so I'm not sure if it refers to the weekend or the applicant

I got it... and I live in NY. A free trip to LA -- sweet!

okay, that's good...i was worried when i didn't get an email. but i guess it was just for the competitive students...and not everyone.

No email!!! Eeriedescent, I shall join you in worrying!

My D is there now. Did anyone else attend?

shrinkrap, who did your daughter stay with? I met a prospective student who said theater is a side interest of hers and I thought it might be your daughter.

I don't know yet but they were an upperclassman and I think had a bathroom or shower in the room. She just left (early) because of her theatre practice in the morning. She missed two for visits already and didn't want to miss anymore. She regrets missing the opening of some performance tonight though.

Hm, sounds like it could have been her, if she says she stayed with someone named Anna, then I did meet her!

I think it was "Alice". I think she met a " prospie " named Anna though.
