its kinda scary. every single thread has like 12039812903 replies and all the replies or comments are like 10 paragraphs long.

i was working on our class's graduation song. it's gonna be off the scale. get it?! scale! like music. ha HA. Ha...ha...crickets Yeah, I know that was late.

And while occasionally the Parents Forum has good stuff, some of it is really scary/creepy. Nice folks, though. Just...creepy :)

these two girls are singing "For Good" at graduation. they are amazing...i love listening to them sing

they're only creepy if they post on student forms admonishing students...shudder

Yea I like our resident moms, dizzymom and cookiemom, they're wonderful.

Good song. Yeah, our top choir always sings something beautiful at graduation. It's going to be really weird this year since the song will be for my class...

but hey, if it means I don't have to play Pomp and Circumstance 142985792384 times (and on the tuba, no less), I'll get over it ;)

tubas are interesting instruments...the marching band tubas especially. they all stop, wiggle around a little, and then keep walking.

hahahahahaha!

......LOL hao! baritones are funny

I wonder if I'll be playing in band for my own graduation....

Two girls are singing "For Good" at my graduation, too. One of those girls is re-arranging "Time of Your Life" for the whole chorus to sing: she's taking out most of the syncopation and making it really straight and adding harmonies to the top instead of to the bottom... ay-ay.

Phil, when you're done composing, you should record it and upload it here.

YEAH!!! and a clip of yourself in a tuba! marching of course.

For Good is the perfect song for graduation...really is

I'm literally exploding from laughter right now (the pressure on my ear drum...ahhh!). That quote is going somewhere (xanga, AIM, something). My life feels so complete now. Thank you, hao. So very, very much. Maybe that can be next year's sousa-line shirt quote...

err i mean phil dont do the joke band!

I agree, shrek. Two of my best friends are singing it at our theatre department's award ceremony for the senior slideshow thing. Will I cry? I doubt it, but I will definitely become nostalgic. I listen to it on the way to school a lot when I have friend troubles.

Who'll be singing As Long as You're Mine with a friend, though? Oh yeah! That would be me! Woohoo!

OOOOH GOOD SONG! oh man wicked = sooo goodddd!

awww...thanks! So it's not just my school's tubas that are acting funny...

my school doesnt have tubas....my school's band has like 20 people :D

Our school doesn't have tubas :(

Really? Mine used to have like 6-8 people a year. This year, there are like 20 freshmen, 2 sophomores, and me (1 senior). Actually, I wrote one of the Princeton essays on this.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA band geek! =P just kidding :D
