My account is locked...but the common app no longer has phone support?

<p>please help!!</p>

<p>okay, i attempted to log into my account and be/c i had too many wrong tries, i got this message: "Unfortunately, your online application account has been temporarily suspended due to multiple login failures. You will be unable to login to your application until your account is reset. Click here to contact the support team to have your account reset."</p>

<p>Okay they tell me to contact the support team, BUT there is no longer any telephone support! what do i do? o_O</p>

<p>I can not set up another account be/c they dont allow me to with the same name, DOB etc. ughhhh.</p>

<p>What to do??? i really need to use the common app.</p>

<p>Common App has never had phone support. Go to commonapp.org, click Contact Us, then Applicant Support, then Contact Support in the new window that opens.</p>

<p>thanks. the support center didnt have that email form anymore. so i just found the email address <a href="mailto:appsupport@commonapp.net">appsupport@commonapp.net</a> and told them about my problem.
so yeaaa anyone else who might have this problem just email <a href="mailto:appsupport@commonapp.net">appsupport@commonapp.net</a> and they fix it within 24 hours :p</p>
