*my act or sat better to submit? thank you

still waiting for my march SAT scores, but based on my january SAT and december ACT...which one would look better to submit to a school such as, say, Georgetown, BC, Middlebury, Hopkins

ACT
32 Composite
-35 reading
-32 math
-30 science
-32 english
-(9 essay)

SAT
2110
-740 math
-690 CR
-680 Writing
(9 essay)

ACT, as that score corresponds to about a 2160-2210 on the SAT.

They are pretty equal, really. I do agree that your ACT score is slightly better, but probably not even as much as Ashraf Eassa's numbers suggest (conversion charts are not in agreement...mine gives me a lower number than Ashraf Eassa--I'm not saying that he/she is wrong, but that is definitely on the generous side).

I think your SAT math is a bit better, and since overall they're fairly similar, you might want to submit both.

You'll have to submit sat ii's anyway

what if his school doesnt require satIIs when submitting ACTs

They're about the same...

they're both approximately the same range, so I say submit both so they can see that you performed well on both test formats.

act ....................
