My ACT vs SAT

So I just realized that the ACT scores were out and I logged in and checked them out. I was quite surprised with my score because I basically went in and took the test without studying.

On the other hand, my SAT scores are just decent. I've been studying that forever yet, I can't seem to break 2100.

I'm just wondering which scores I should send to the colleges I'm applying to, and would sending both hurt me in any way?

SAT:
First time: 710M 640CR 680W
Second time: 710M 600CR 620W
Last time: 750M 650CR 680W

SAT II's:
Chinese: 780
Chemistry: 720
US History: 710

ACT:
Composite: 33
English: 31
Math: 34
Reading: 33
Science 33
Writing: Score not up =(

your ACT is much stronger…I’d send just that.

If you are applying to schools that require SAT IIs (and which do not take the ACT in lieu of those IIs), you will have to send all your SAT scores regardless of whether you also send ACT, because if you order the IIs sent by the College Board, it automatically sends all scores it has on you for SAT and SAT IIs.

ACT appears to be better than SAT but SAT is still very good, 2080 and 1400 for math and CR, and it will not reallly hurt you to send both – colleges rely on for admission that score (from ACT or SAT) they believe is higher.
