My admission is in danger of being rescinded; Help?

I'm currently a senior in high school. I have been accepted to SJSU, SFSU, and UCR. I have notified UCR that I have received D grades in Chemistry 1 and Pre-Calculus 1 last semester, so my admission is in danger of being rescinded.

I'm taking European Literature, Chemistry, AP Studio Art: 2D-Design, Web Design/Multimedia, Pre-Calculus, and American Democracy/Economics. During the Fall semester, I was able to maintain a 3.00 (3.10 weighted) GPA because I received A's in all of my other courses. Unfortunately, as of the start of the Spring semester, my GPA has dropped tremendously because I'm receiving a C grade for Multimedia.

I've been receiving tutoring from my peers, and I'm planning on talking to my teachers about my options to bring up my grade as soon as possible. So, is there anything else I can do to pass my classes? Also, should I notify SJSU and SFSU that I have received D grades for the first semester?
