I am a gms finalist and when I was reviewing my forms, I realized I inputted both of my last names, maternal and paternal (as it shows on my birth certificate) on my application when my SS and all other documents only show only my paternal last name. I was wondering if this could create a potential issue/ is it a big deal? Should I call them? I already emailed them early this morning and they have not responded back all day. I would just hate to have gotten this far just to loose my eligibility because of a discrepancy like that.
