My big mess in SAT

<p>1st time I took the SAT was in 2005 Jan before essay section was introduced.
I got a 1440 (760 CR & 680 in Math). I wanted to escape the essay so rushed in the exam. Then suddenly this year, I found out colleges wanted the essay portion. So I took the exam on Dec 1. I got so nervous whn the exam started tht I did NOT write an ending for the essay and the first section was Math, whn I started trembling and missed 3 questions!!
After I calmed down, I did the rest ok. I am very confident about CR and Grammar, the most I expect -1 in each section. But math I left out 5 questions altogether. The worst thing is whn I came home, I rethought the math questions, and came up with the answers quickly. I am so disappointed with myself.
How much can I get ? I thought of retaking in Jan because I bombed out in Math. The questions I did not miss, I know I am confident I did good.
The thing is SAT is very important for me since I am counting on scholarships .. I came frm a ****ty finacial background.</p>

<p>My SAT 2 Math 2c 760, bio 790, and physics 690 and chem 700.
I was going to use Jan to retake SAT 2 chem and physics but now my stupid nerves got the better of me on Saturday. My mom wants me to take Chem and Physics SAT again. I am really confused.
I slept all day today, and everytime I woke up I started crying. I am really confused.</p>

Your score is not bad, I only get 1340 last time, so relax. I think SAT I is more important if your college demands so. SAT II sounds OK to me. Why do you do WHAT YOUR MOM WANTS? It is your career, you can take her "advice" into consideration, but not being constrainted by her desire.</p>

<p>I guess I give Jan one last try for SAT 1. How much my score would turn out this time around, can u guys give me an estimate?</p>
