Bowdoin
WashU
Vanderbilt
UVA

I actually do you think your brother could get into any or all of the listed schools. Three reason: (1) Long-term Commitments (2) Very Good Scores/Grades (3) He shows passion for what he is doing.

All I recommend is to have great essays and recs and he'll get into anywhere he wants.

Yale EA-great chance
Cornell-in
UPenn-in
Brown-in
Dartmou-same for the rest of them
Williams
Middlebury
Amherst (legacy)
Bowdoin
WashU
Vanderbilt
UVA

Yale EA great shot
Cornell -same as yale
UPenn -slight reach, depends on program
Brown -same as yale
Dartmouth -same as yale
Williams- match
Middlebury-match
Amherst (legacy)-in
Bowdoin-in
WashU- same as yale
Vanderbilt-good shot
UVA-in

From what i've seen in the past, vandy has rejected/waitlisted many who later get accepted by ivies such as brown/dartmouth... I know it's wierd =P

EC aren't anything special...varsity sports are all too common unless he competes at the state or national level. Yale is a reach...Penn, Dartmouth, and Brown are all decent shots (wouldn't be surprised if he got rejected from all though), Cornell is a match.

this is me (my brother is collegeClueless) we only made one screename - so we did 2 threads so as not to confuse people. I appreciate the comments,a nd I am wondering if anyone else has any more input?
