My Chance at the Ivies? (So far, so good?)

I'm a sophomore, so most of this is subject to change.

GRADES:
Freshman Year:
as many honors as possible; a B- & a B+ in final grades :(

Sophomore:
5 honors; 1 elective (art); health/physed; prob 4 A-s and 4 As

Junior:
Courseload: (assume 3 A-s and 3 As)
AP Bio
AP Spanish
AP US History
AP Eng 11
Hon Physics
Hon Precalc

Senior:
Courseload: (assume 3 A-s and 3 As)
AP Eng 12
AP Euro
AP Chem
AP Stat
AP Calc
AP Art History?

SATs:
700 CR, 700 W, 750 M (should go up)

SAT IIs:
plan to take Bio, US History, Math 2 (I know I'll own the history & math ones)

Extracurrics:
I moved after 9th grade, so that's why they're so inconsistent.

Most of the Ivies are HUGE stretches I know....And also, what should my safeties be?

bumpetybumpetybumpp

also, my GPA will end up being like 3.8/3.9 unweighted

Your doing good...keep it up, what are you aiming for anyways?

Any SPECIFIC interest(S)?

insecure, I'm pretty much into anything that's not science...weird, huh?...specifically poli sci, journalism, maybe some econ, international relations

my class rank....I don't know. it's too soon to tell, but I'd say top 5-10%....It'll go up though, because I performed pretty badly freshman year.....my high school is pretty big (2,200+ people...about 600 sophomores)

PLEASE dont stress about B's. Your making me stress about my B's. I'm a sophomore whose had straight A's all through middle school and got 4 B+'s for my frosh. semester grades. ever since then i have been obsessing over ways that I can possibly bring up my 3.6 gpa. colleges shouldnt care about the grades you got when you were 14.

Anyways, you have a pretty good course load that wont be too hard to handle. i m sure you could get into ivies

Ozzyb....seriously. I'm trying SO hard to not stress....it was especially worse since I had been the best student in all my classes up until 9th grade with straight As...now....not so much. It's funny how elementary and middle school grades don't count one single friggin bit.

sigh

I've consistently gotten Bs and some B minuses in math and science.....I hope that doesn't screw me over for Vassar. Anyway, at most places, they're not bad.
