My Chance of getting into a UC?

I really want to go to UC Davis and I am currently a Junior in high school. I receive a D for the first time in my life in Honors Pre-Calculus and I'm worried that my shot of getting into a UC, or college at all for the matter, is ruined. I almost always get A's and B's however I have gotten a total of 3 C's (all of which were earned in my Sophmore year). If I get all A's (and maybe one or two B's) for the rest of the year, do more community service hours, and participate in more clubs can I still get into UC Davis? Sports are not really an option because my weight isn't under control and most of the sports at my school have started already. I have been Co-president and Activities Director for 2 clubs in the past. I'm really worried that I won't even be accepted into Sac State.

I haven't taken the SAT yet or even the PSAT for this year (it's on October 17th) but I have signed up. My PSAT scores for Sophmore year were: 62 Reading, 55 Math, 58 Writing or roughly a 1750 on the SAT. I'm retaking it this year and expect my score to improve drastically because I've been studying and last year I didn't study at all.

I am also 1/16 Native American (recognized by the state of CA and my grandfather runs and founded an organization for the Nashville-Eldorado Miwok Tribe) and about (maybe a little less than) 1/8 Mexican. My last name also indicates Mexican decent. The rest of me is white and Korean (both of which don't help my less than ideal grades).

I am going to retake Honors Pre Calculus to improve my GPA. I'm not sure what my current GPA is though it was higher than 3.0 before the D. I think somewhere around 3.75 weighted and 3.15 unweighted though I'm not totally sure.

Any advice or thoughts for me?
