<p>Hi I am currently a Freshmen at University of Michigan (Engineering) and I might transfer. If I am applying transfer to Tufts University (Biomedical Engineering), College of William & Mary (Kinesiology&HS), Johns Hopkins University (Mechanical Engineering [Biomechanic]/Behavioral biology), and NYU (Pre-Health). What do you think the chances are of me getting accepted to these universities. Saying that I have only average GPA. Does the fact that Michigan being ranked higher than most of these colleges except JHU mean anything when it comes to the decision?
FYI (I am from NJ so I would be out of state for William&Mary, and I did not get in last year to NYU)</p>
