It depends on your essays and probably the mood of the person reading your application. Everyone who gets in will have your stats, or better. You have to stand out in some way. Hopefully you do.
CR is a little low.
CR and Chem are very low, but everything else looks competitive. A lot will depend on essays and recs.
Our stats are extremely similar (same math SAT, we both have fairly low CR, similar subject tests, both presidents of a club, similar course load). I consider Tufts a reach for myself because so many people who apply have similar stats, and it really will depend on the quality of our essays. It definitely is possible but I try not to get my hopes up.
