<p>i was graduated BS.c in electrical engineering with very low gpa (2.1) , i am doing my master and i finished my first year with 3.7 , and i have 4 years experience .
i went many confrences and i presented one technical paper on my field</p>
<p>i would to know what is my chance to have admission for ph.D in Industrial engineering</p>
<p>Do you have recommendations? Clearly it showed that you slacked off during your undergrad, which is common. And your grad you didn’t thus you got a better GPA. I would contact schools and talk to them directly. Also contact past professors with similar Ph.Ds and talk to them.</p>
<p>is the school you are getting your masters from even accredited? No offense but what school would take a student with a 2.1?</p>

Talk to your advisors from grad school.<br>
Contact the universities you are applying to for EE Ph.D.<br>
Also apply to multiple schools no matter where they are in the country.
Ph.D from Harvard is as equal to a Ph.D from UIUC or Berkley.</p>
