My Chance with Early Decision

Hey, I'm currently a rising senior applying to colleges soon. To get to the point, I honestly don't know if I should play it safe and use my early decision on Tufts or Brown. I want to take premed courses and hopefully get into Dental School.

Here are my stats:

SAT: 2000, 600 CR, 770 Math, 630 Writing (yes CR and Writing are low, I am taking them again after much practice)
SAT IIs: Chem 650, Latin 650, Math I: 730

Freshman GPA: 92.48
Sophmore GPA: 96.5
Junior GPA: 95.5
Overal GPA ~ about 95

Senior Workload: AP Calculus AB, AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Eng Lang/Comp, Latin V Advanced Topics, Philosophy

Miscellaneous Info:
Asian - 100% Vietnamese
Male
First Generation
Income Bracket = 40,000g
Immigrant (came over when i was very young), but full U.S. Citizen

Summer Activities:
Will have 300 hours of volunteering at a hospital
I have been a Teaching Assistant for a learning program for talented Boston Public school kids trying to get into College preparatory schools for 2 summers

And various clubs at my school.

Of course, I do know that Brown is much harder to get into than Tufts, and that I would probably have a much higher chance of getting into Tufts if i apply early decision. Since I come from such a background, however, I have this feeling that I should just try to get into an IVY for the sake of pride for my parents, family, and myself, and prove that I came so far coming to the U.S. with literally nothing. Is this stupid of me?

Please give me your honest opinions, I really appreciate it.
