My chance????

<p>I'm a Vietnamese student looking forward to applying to, and hopefully enrolling in, US colleges in the next 2 months. May I ask for your evaluation of my chances for a few places regarding my achievements below:</p>

<li>GPA: 9.1/100 (for 3 years)</li>
<li>SAT I: 2100</li>
<li>SAT II: N/A</li>
<li><p>IELTS: 8.5</p></li>
<li><p>Activities:</p></li>
<li><p>Academic:</p></li>
<li><p>Second place in Apoplo's English Olympiad held in Hanoi (2011-2012).</p></li>
<li><p>Third place in the municipal academic contest in English (2012-2013).</p></li>
<li><p>Second place in the national academic contest in English (2012-2013).</p></li>
<li><p>First place in the municipal academic contest in English (2013-2014).</p></li>
<li><p>Non-academic:</p></li>
<li><p>Class monitor (for 3 years).</p></li>
<li><p>Vice president of Nguyen Hue high school for the Gifted's (CNH) English club (2012-2013).</p></li>
<li><p>Co-ordinator of CNH's Music club (2013).</p></li>
<li><p>Organizer of CNH's Inspiration Day 2013. (an event held to welcome</p></li>
<li><p>Part-time English tutor for high school students.</p></li>
<li><p>Contribution: unfortunately, ~3600 - 6000 maximum, so I can only choose colleges that claim to meet full need.</p></li>

<p>Hmm, I see you’re interested in the liberal arts program. Your ECs and SAT scores are not thaat great. Try and make up for it in the essay section. You should apply to the UCs. You’ll be a great match there! ;)</p>

<p>Thank you :slight_smile: I know that my activities are not so great, neither is the SAT. But given that I’m also applying to non-SAT colleges like Bates and Connecticut, do I stand a good chance? Like, for Bates?</p>
