My chance?

I am applying to CMU for early decision.
My weighted gpa for 3 years is 3.98 out of 4.3 (4.3 is a+ in regular class. add .5 to honors or ap) My rank is 32, but my school has option of no rank, and i am going "no rank". I am exactly on 12.5 percentile.
My school is top ranked public highschool in New Jersey. Last year was ranked 2. Not sure about 07-08 year rank.

My gpa NEVER dropped from semester to semester, and my 2nd semester junior gpa was 4.14.

My courses are decent load. Not too heavy, but not light either.
As a junior, I took AP Bio, which i got 5 , and AP stat, 4.

My SAT 2's are chem 780. Bio M 770 and Math 2c 800.

My extra curriculars are Volunteering in hospital, senior center,
Region choir for 2 years
Columbia Science Honors Program, which you have to get tested to get in,
St.Michael's book award.
President of a Olympic committee(a club that manages "school olympic" every year)
Member of Math club, Asian Cultural club, Japanese club, Harvester(religious) club.
I played several JV sports including Wrestling(11th), wintertrack(10th), tennis(9th 10th).

My SAT1 is as of now, 1990, 620 on reading, 780 on math, 590 on writing
but i took the october test and my projected score is
650 reading, 800 math, 720 on writing. Given that I do get
650 reading, 800 math, 720 on writing, what are my chances to CMU?

Also, is it better to apply to Mellon College of Science or should i apply as undecided?

I think CMU is a decent match - can you apply undecided? I didn't think that was an option. I know you can apply to more than one school at CMU.
