<p>I have the excuse of 'I've only lived in this country for couple years.'
but apart from that, my profile is not the best.</p>
<p>What do you suggest my chance is for getting into the University of Southern California and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill? I don't really want to believe in the ACT 50% report on collegeboard because there are always exceptions such as the athletes and others who brings down the average scores. </p>
