My chances...and financial aid questions?

<p>Alright, so I live in Los Angeles, so I'll be applying as an out-of-state student. I plan on applying for need-based aid, as my father lost his job (so we're living off of what my mother makes). My brother is also graduating high school with me and attending college at the same time. Moreover, my second sister will be in law school. Do you know if this will affect my chances at receiving a scholarship?</p>

<p>Unweighted GPA: 3.849/4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.569/5.0
My high school does NOT rank us, so no ranking.
10 Honor classes (Precalc, Geometry, Algebra 2, English 1, Eng 2, Eng 3, Bio 1, Chem 1, Chinese 3, World History)
4 AP classes (Chinese 4 AP, Physics B AP, Calculus AB AP, Economics AP)
Summer Classes: U.S. History in '08, Government (at a community college) in '09...</p>

<p>Test Scores:
Highest combined SAT (2400 scale): 2070
Highest SAT (in one sitting on a 2400 scale): 1990
Highest ACT: 31
(I took it twice and got the same score - which one should I send in: A. eng 33, math 33, reading 30, science 27, eng/writing 28; B. eng 32, math 35, reading 27, science 28, eng/writing 29).
SAT II (subject tests): Math - 670; Chinese - 780
APs: Chinese - 5; I'll be taking more APs this coming May, so..</p>
