<p>What are my chances at WVU, Virginia Tech, Texas @Austin, UNC@chapel hill, PSU@university park, Georgia Tech, and Rutgers.</p>

<p>You have a great SAT score and you probably already know nj is a very competitive place to come from. Your Gpa and lack of ecs will hurt you at a good portion of these schools. I think that you will get into west virginia without a doubt, Rutgers since your instate and have a good SAT, most likely into Penn State but realize they probably wont give you much aid being an oos student. You have a pretty good shot at Virginia Tech as well. I think Texas, UNC, and GTECH will be reaches for you because of your gpa and being oos to those top publics. Once again i would like to stress that oos publics are not the most generous with final aid for the not very top students.</p>
<p>You have a great shot at Rutgers, I’m not sure about the others. </p>
<p>Do you still have time before applying? I would strongly suggest some community service.</p>
