What are my Chances to get transfer to Ivy league colleges

Age-17.5
10th grade 89% from state board
11th grade 97% from state board
12th grade 92% from state board

10th Rank in 10th grade among 9 lacks candidate. of my state
1st Rank in 11th grade in my School
2nd Rank in 12th grade among 6.2 lacks candidate. of my state

IIT-JEE 2012 Rank 128
AEEE 2012 Rank 64

OCSC attended in three subjects Physics Mathematics and Astronomy in 2012. but only get Physics Olympiad Silver.

SAT TOEFL etc not given yet.

currently in IIT Kanpur [Mechanical Engineering with Physics]. first semester.

Negligible/virtually 0. If you have gotten into IIT Kanpur for Mech Eng, quite simply put, just stay where you are. It is REALLY not worth it. In fact, you’ll have a higher chance of getting into MIT for graduate school if you stay where you are than if you transfer to some Ivy.

what else can i do that mean extra curriculum work during my undergraduate. I know only one TechFest organised by IITs. give me details about Engineering Interships ,Science fairs etc which will benifit me.

is TOEFL , SAT Physics , SAT math-ll is enough. or I take GRE also.

and is work experience of one or two years plays a role in admission.

That’s up to you. Although, if you’re thinking about applying there for grad school in a few years, they don’t really care about extra-curriculars. To be honest, extra-curriculars are merely a selling point during undergrad applications, nothing else. You’ll have to look for internships/jobs in India–it doesn’t matter where those jobs are at. Can’t say anything about science fairs.

If you’re applying for grad, GRE is required, as is TOEFL, I think. I don’t think you’ll need SAT Physics and SAT Math-2 for grad. You’ll definitely need them for undergrad, though. Remember, these colleges take <10 people for transfer every year, and there are plenty of Americans applying as well.
