<p>i was looking at the honors application for Stony Brook, for the med program, and for the legacy it doesn't ask for someone who attended the Honor's program, but rather anyone who attended just thier SUNY, does that mean I have a better chance with legacy cause I have 2 relatives who went to Stony Brook (cousins).</p>
<p>I'm not too sure about Stony Brook, but in general the combined programs are competitive to the extreme with all the "smart" people applying. 1350 (on old test) is soo minimum, majority of the people have 1450+. Lots have a requirement of 1440ish+ (at least the ones I've looked at.) Not sure cousins even count was legacy, but I doubt legacy will help that much.
Are you only looking at Stony Brook? because if you are, this reply probably won't help since I don't know anything about Stony Brook specifically.</p>
