My chances at Berkeley??

Hi. My super-goal dream college is UC Berkeley. I believe it's possible for me to get accepted, but I don't think they would give me much merit-based financial aid. Can someone help determine this for me, based on the following info?

Out-of-State (IL)
GPA: 4.28
ACT: 31 (29,36,30,30; writing: 11)
SAT: 2050
White Male, class of 2015
Varsity Track for 4 years, USA Track & Field National athlete, one of the best in the state
President of National Honor Society
Member of National Chinese Honor Society, Chemistry Club, Junior Board, and Rock-Climbing Club
Certified Peer Tutor and PE Leader
Student at Fermilab's Saturday Morning Physics program
Senior year my honors classes I'll be taking are AP Chemistry, AP Physics 1, AP Calculus BC, and Chinese 4
2 Previous jobs, lots of service and leadership hours
Have won multiple Chinese competitions
Have won various mathematics and writing awards

I know Berkeley is very competitive and selective; do you think it's probable that they would "want me" per se?

Cool ECs.

You’re definitely quantified and your sports will probably get you far. But you definitely need to get up your SAT scores! for the top public school in the nation, a 2050 is hovering right around average. Your GPA also isn’t overwhelming, so you sort of need high test scores to offset that. A 2050 in general is an impressive score but to Berkeley? Not so much. Just study up and take it a few more times! Maybe get a private tutor if you can. Also SAT subject tests aren’t required but if you get a near perfect score in a subject it’ll impress UCB!
Best of luck! You’re clearly working hard, you just need to push to the finish line. You’re a runner, you know what I mean.

Thanks! What if I had a better ACT (33+) and the same SAT? Because in my state it’s really hard to find help with the SAT and finding a test location for it, as it’s not very common where I live.

A 33+ ACT would go a long ways to getting you into berkeley.
