Thanks for your help! I'm just trying to decide places to which I should apply. I just want to know if I have any chance at these schools, or if I should just not apply.

Any comments about the schools/why they are good or not are helpful, too.

Brown offers a lot of choice in shaping your own curriculum. Good for students who know what they want and where they are headed. My guess would be that Brown is a possibility for you but a reach, nevertheless. Add some safeties to your list--what about Skidmore? Brandeis?

Oh, I was already accepted to Georgetown (EA) so I was able to cut all of the matches/safeties off of my list. Brown and Penn are just the other reaches that I had, and I was debating with myself over if I should apply to them or not. Thanks anyway!

Thanks! Well, Brown has always been my dream school, so I really want to try for that. And Penn has excellent job placement/language programs, so I kind of wanted to apply there. But now I'm really not sure, since Georgetown is starting to look really appealing. It would also be nice to just send in the down payment and be in college already. :)

Someone accepted EA at Georgetown has a "decent chance" at Brown but no guarantee. I agree with Flavian. If you want Brown badly enough, it should be worth the trouble of applying.
