I think this is everything what do u think.

Your GPA should be fine (esp since freshman year was your bad year) ECs look good enough, and good test scores. Only problem I see is your very low SAT II writing score. SAT IIs are important and that one in particular is going to be counting. If you can retake that, you really ought to. If you can't, I'd still say you're in the running.

If you were from central california, I would say you got a good shot, but OC is one of the most competitive areas to get in from. You should raise your SAT I score a little bit. If you got a 780 in Math IC, just wanted to let you know that the UC's wont look at Math IC scores starting this year. If you got a 780 in Math IIC, then you should be able to raise your SAT Math significantly. Either way, get your scores up.

MCB is one of the hardest majors at Berkeley, just to warn you. Med schools won't care if you are MCB or Integrative Bio, as long as you take the right courses. And if you want to do research, a 2.9 GPA in MCB from Berkeley will get you into a good PhD program.

I'm live in Illinois, I've submitted my application to CAL, and my SAT I and II scores. Does CAL consider ACT scores? Can I still submit them and have them considered even though the application deadline has passed?

Realistically? Cal is a UC and that means they take California students first. Make sure you met UC eligibility (for out of state students) and see what happens. With out of state students, it's usually hard to determine because of the inconsistencies.
