anyone? bummmppp

bummmmppp.......

I'd say in.

thanks so much...anyone else?

bummmpp!!!

you're most likely in.

Thanks Trizkutt.....anybody else want to let me know, be honest. If you do not think I will get in than honestly let me know

You're in..

Contrary to the popular belief of this board, FSU is rated as "very selective" by most services. Honestly, I don't think you get in. I personally hope you do get in, but it's going to be difficult.

^^for undergrad or Grad.....because I see you are in pursuit of an MBA....and thanks for the input i like all the honesty i can get....yea lets hope i get in Feb. 14 is when I find out and I can not wait any longer

That's for undergrad, grad is even tougher to get in to. The problem is that FSU and UF have becomed increasingly selective because of the high number ,of Florida students, coming out of high school. It is fairly difficult for Florida H.S. students to get accepted into both, but even more difficult for out-of-state students. Let us know when you hear something, hopefully it will be good news.

^^^yea lets hope, but thanks FSU MBA i know its becoming more selective i have looked into that. I am just hoping i get in. I got into Miami but its just not the college experiecne like FSU is and I know I will not get into UF so FSU is my top choice. If i knew in november what I know now I would have applied early decision

Is that 1510 on the old SAT? If not, what are your old scores?

no its not on the old. its on the new SAT....i hit 1000 out of 1600

Miami is a good school, but a little too expensive for most people. The fact that you got into UM, should give you some hope to get into FSU. On the other hand, I have many friends who got into UM but dindn't get into FSU. Some tried to transfer to FSU, while attending UM, but still wouldn't get accepted. Go figure, UM is supossed to be a great academic private institution and FSU is supposed to be the lower ranked(by U.S. news) state U. That just shows that rankings are very subjective, and sometimes don't mean much.

i think your in

Also, I forgot to post this before. This info is from FSU.edu, the official university website. This will give you a good idea on where you stand. Hope this helps.

"The middle 50% of the 2006 accepted freshman class is: 3.4-4.1 GPA; 1140-1280 SAT (Critical Reading plus Math); 25-28 ACT.
The top quartile of our 2006 accepted freshman class rivals any selective school in the nation with an average GPA of 3.97, and average SAT of 1340 (Critical Reading plus Math), and an average ACT composite of 30."

The price is the reason why I do not want to go to Miami....3.4-4.1 on a scale of 4 how can that be?
