Colleges that I plan to apply to:

University of Pennsylvania (Mainly for financial reasons; my mother works there)
Cornell University
University of California Los Angeles
University of California Berkeley
New York University
University of Edinburgh
University of Toronto
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
Penn State University (MAIN Back up college)
University of Pittsburgh? (Another back up, but probably will not use it eventually; Only listing this because I hurriedly chose this college to send my ACT scores to when I was trying to think of a backup college quickly)

Additional question: My mother told me to do ED for University of Pennsylvania because it would basically be free for me to attend it. However, according to my research, it doesn’t have the BEST Computer Science courses there. Should I still do ED for it, or should I go for a different college? (FYI my family’s yearly income is about $70,000)

I would definitely do ED to UPenn if you’re serious about going there. Even if the Computer Science courses aren’t the best, it is still UPenn and an ivy league school so you are going to be getting an excellent education no matter what.
