I have yet to take the SAT...my GPA is 3.9 and class rank is #11 out of 1161 students, graduated with high honors. I'm also a member of the National Honor Roll. I have been a professional tennis player for 4 years, travelling the world and competing in Grand Slams and various professional tennis tournaments. I thought this may help me get in, and be a unique essay topic. What do you think my chances are? What SAT scores would I need to aim for? Thanks!!

2200+ on the safe side

I had similar stats to you. I was accepted ED with a 2260 into BME. So yea, 2200+ is a safe bet but I want you to remember that SATs are NOT everything. A lot of other things go into the admission.

As a professional tennis player are you still eligible to play for the Hopkins' tennis team? If so, that should help. JHU wants students who are well-rounded.

I'm curious to know who you are since you've played in grand slams.

Oh and I'm 99% sure Vandy won't be able to play tennis for college cuz he's pro.

oh, it always makes me feel uneasy when you ask on a JHU what your chances are when your name is Vandy hopeful.
