I prolly will need petition. ( I AM AN IB diploma student hardest classes in U.S. for high school) started b club in school. i work hard now ( messed up a little frosh year.)

<p>If you get the score, you should be okay. You’re taking hard classes and you’re only .02 away…but they also say they look for the other side to make up for what you’re lacking. So, if you don’t have the GPA, they look for a higher test score. Also, its based relatively on what the other applicants have, so if everyone else appealing has higher test scores, that might hurt you. But i’d say you have a pretty good chance. I talked to admissions officers extensively about this because I had a rough time with standardized testing.</p>
<p>I had a much lower GPA than you and got a 1270 on my SAT which i think just met the requirement and I got in after petitioning. I did an internship at an accounting firm my last semester senior year and included a letter of recommendation from my supervisor in my petition application. If you can get a good recommendation you should be fine.</p>
