I recently gave my SAT I and my scores are out(though not very gr8). They are :
Maths : 690
Writing : 600
Reading : 500
Thats a total of 1790.. i would like to know if i have any possible chance in
- Texas, Austin
- S.U.N.Y. Buffalo
- U. of Alaska , Fairbanks
- Texas A & M Univ
Plz do tell me if i can make it at any of the above places..i am interested in majoring in engineering....thanks a lot

<p>If you are basing this on your SAT scores alone, you can always check out the SAT range of accepted students (25th to 75th percentile) and see where you stand.</p>
<p>You've a chance at each of the colleges you mentioned btw. But SAT scores alone are hardly the determining factor for admissions at most colleges.</p>
<p>that sux, you needed 10 more points in math to have 500,600,700
and then with score like that, you can pretty much write an essay about YOUR SKILLS in taking SATs
you can write about how you meant to score that instead of a 2400 which is easier to acheive than scoring exactly 500,600,700</p>
