<p>I'm applying to Scripps college ED 1, in addition to regular decision at Santa Clara university, UC irvine, pitzer college, Claremont McKenna college, pomona college (I really love the Claremont colleges), and UH Manoa as a safety since I live in Hawaii.</p>
<p>-Unweighted GPA (4-point scale): 3.85</p>
<p>-Weighted GPA (5-point scale): 4.4</p>
<p>-# of AP/IB/honors courses: no honors or IB's at my school, only AP's, (senior year) French 5, Biology, Calculus AB, English. (Junior year, only one allowed) US History</p>
<p>-class rank/size: don't rank, but probably top 5-10% out of 30 </p>
<p>-SAT highest single-sitting score: 1840, but I'm taking it again in October (and studying a lot for it)</p>
<p>-ACT: taking it in October </p>
<p>-SAT II scores: didn't take any, but should I? Scripps said not to send them so I don't feel like I should </p>
<p>-AP scores: only admitting senior year 4's and 5's </p>

<p>-honors/awards: 2nd degree black belt, 4 gold medals and 2 silver medals in international tae kwon do competitions, frisbee competition spirit award, student of the year award, spirit stick at a school camp </p>
<p>-rec's/essays: emphasize my unique interests and helpful attitude, constantly challenging myself in classes and contributing to discussions </p>
<p>-additional information: Conversational French, experience in stand-up paddle boarding, surfing, swimming, and kayaking, strong interest in the Mathis and sciences, danced hula live on the ESPN half-time hula show </p>
