Thanks for the help!

First---pat yourself on the back. You have obviously worked hard. I think you have an accurate assessment of your stats, as well as your reaches/safeties. Now, it comes down to what you want to study-field of concentration. Do the schools you have listed provide the degree/professors/internships in the field you wish to study? DD found with further research that while she met or exceeded the average student's stats, the major was handled very differently at the different schools.Ask these questions from everyone and anyone affiliated with the school. It may help you delete or add schools to your list. Good Luck!

I plan to do pre-med, majoring in Psychology and minoring in International Relations

you have a decent, if not excellent, shot at columbia as well as others.

nice job, your grades and ECs are excellent

two suggestions to maximuze your chances
1. Make sure you get at least 750 on BOTH of youre SAT II, if not 800's
2. Raise your rank a little

10% is a good psychological barrier, so try to improve your rank just a little.

YOU mentor a pediatrician?

whats so great about her extra curriculars?

I agree with Master, hpfan90, ur extracurriculars shows that u have great passion thus making u a dedicated student. That said, there is not much to ur ecs that will set u apart from other applicants. Anybody can volunteer and join student governments. Ur awards are merely reflections of ur ecs. Ecs that set u apart from other applicants are(scientific research, olympiad awards, authoring a book, etc)
It also depends on ur background, volunteering helps to cancel some of the stigma surrounding that of a rich kid.

yay for 800 Writing scores :]
your board scores are awesome, but I think your stats (Asian/interested in medicene) may hurt you. GPA/rank need some help, too. Make sure you kill that essay. Good luck!
