My chances at Stonybrook Uni?

Stonybrook University (SUNY), is basically my goal for next year. I'm currently a student in England, but I was an American student until about the 7th grade (GPA 85% at the time).

So my current GPA is unknown. But I have 4 GCSE's (English, Maths, & 2 for Drama).
C in Maths (was the highest grade available to the class), A* in English, and Pass in Drama. This year, I plan to complete my Maths and English A levels in one year (if you knew me, you'd know I'm capable). And to take an extensive foundation art course.
I plan to go for art, I know it's not the best major, and it's not the best school, but long story short, this is still my goal school. If you want to see a piece of my work, ask (not sure if it makes a difference).

I have yet to take my SAT's, but am being privately tutored, advised, and am booking to take them in October and again in November. What kind of score should I aim for as a minimum to get in? Hoping for at least 600 on each.

Also have a lot of extra curricular work done. School newspaper, YMCA internship, Model UN, school plays, equestrian club, drama club, lots of YMCA community theatre-related work, etc.

Seems like I have the biggest background in drama, but I assure you, my passion is for art and I lack that background because I have terrible luck with classes being cancelled last minute. I've done commissions before, though. Not sure if they'll want to hear about that.

I'm desperately trying to avoid transferring there. Any advice on what I should complete this year? The grades I should aim for? The clubs I should join? Will my travel experience look good? My chances so far, specifically?

I hope you can have good grades on the A-levels and As or A*s on each… I know British transcripts comprise GCSEs and A-levels so I’ll take that for a GPA here.
