<p>Well, I am sending them an "update" in time for the Nov. 15th deadline, since I applied so early, this is what it looks like, along with an additional EXCELLENT recommendation from my AP Lit teacher/dept. head </p>

1st Speaker Overall - Wake Forest University National Earlybird Tournament, Varsity Public Forum Debate
3rd Place Overall - Wake Forest University National Earlybird Tournament,Varsity Public Forum Debate
1st Place Overall - 21st Annual Charger Speech and Debate Invitational Tournament, Varsity Public Forum Debate
2nd Place Overall - Seminole Ridge PBCFL Regional Tournament, Varsity Public Forum Debate<br>
Qualifier Twenty-second Annual Blue Key Speech & Debate Tournament, Varsity Public Forum Debate</p>

<p>I'm sure the admissions office occasionally comes here from time to time. What colleges wouldn't? It's possible. I also wonder how many of my fellow Tufts students also read up on what's here. I wonder how many of them actually know who I am :)</p>

<p>TokioStar – first off, please don’t resurrect 8 year old posts. Second of all, you can do a Search (on the blue bar) and then choose Advanced Search (bottom row), and put in Duffman28 in the “User Name” field and you will find that he got in and made it to Senior year. It doesn’t actually say whether he graduated, but I suspect so. Having said that, I’m not sure those stats (3.5 UW GPA and a 30 ACT) are going to cut it getting into Tufts in 2014.</p>
