My Chances at UCs

I'm an Asian male student going into my Senior year and any
advice would be appreciated.
I go to a pretty big Cali HS where I'm ranked 24/700+,
so I'm hoping that ELC could help admission into a good UC...
maybe even UCLA or UCB somehow.
Possible majors: math, physics, or engineering :o.

UC GPA: 4.1, unweighted GPA: 3.9

*First semester of sophomore year I had to temporarily move to BC, Canada,
before moving back and continuing the same classes back here.
However they had to count the Canadian classes as "foreign subjects".
No AP Classes but all As and a B+ in Hon English.
(academic courses: English(H), Chemistry, World History, Algebra II,
Spanish 2)
*Junior year I got straight As, a 5 on AP US His test, and a 4 on AP
Physics B Test.
(academic courses: English, AP Physics, AP US His, Precal, Spanish 3)

SAT I: 660,660,660 (1980)
SAT II: Math 2C 640 :(
Physics 670 :(
*definitely retaking all

EC's so far: Basketball 3 yrs (1yr freshman, 2yrs JV)
ASB 2 yrs
CSF 2 yrs
Spanish Club 1 yr
Math Club 1 yr
Key Club 1 yr
Mock Trial 1 yr
Volunteer work in community rec parks

So this senior year I plan to keep taking challenging classes (3 or 4 APs), try to improve SATs, and continue EC's.

Thanks for your time.
