BTW Stanford is my top choice. My great uncle went there and is writing me a letter of rec. how much effect will that have?

Your standardized scores are low. Did you do nothing outside of school before the 11th grade?
You didn’t take much time to explain your stats, so no one can tell what you may be passionate about.

Unless you’re URM, legacy, recruited athlete, or a some combination of the three, your competition is heavily formidable at just about all the schools listed.

Off hand I would say that your board scores are low for some of the schools you list.

In regard to Upenn, How many from your highschool get in each year. If Penn takes 0-1 per year, I am not sure you will be competititive unless you have something else to distinguish you. (ie A national award, national distinction)

If you’re just some unhooked white or Asian kid, which I suspect you are, you will have virtually no chance at any of them. Sorry, I’m not trying to be mean, but just telling you the truth.

to my knowledge having a great uncle who went to stanford won’t help much; especially not with test scores like those. try to bring them up before then but you have a reasonable shot at the UCs/USC.
