Columbia - reach
Emory - reachish/match
Georgia Tech - match
Cornell - reachis/match
Northwestern - not sure

what do you mean by reach?

Reach means you have a chance, but its not that great.

why dont u think i have such a good shot at cornell or columbia? b/c some of my friends had like 50 pts lower on SAT, same gpa, didnt play a sport and got into Emory. but for the other two schools i dont get why you would think i would be able to get in b/c if you get into emory you prolly have a decent shot at those two.

My reason is that Columbia/Emory (especially RD)/Cornell are very competitive and their average stats are higher than yours, plus the students they offer admission are involved in more EC's. It would help if you post your SAT II's/URM status/class rank. But I don't doubt you, you have a good chance of getting in one of those three schools.
