<p>In addition to those courses, I am taking a 1 credit independent study course where I write a 40-90page thesis on basically whatever I want.</p>

<p>Extracurricular: table tennis, environmentalist club, latin club, 4 hours/week volunteering
Work: full-time summer job (last summer only)</p>

<p>I go to a competitive private school where it takes all 99%'s to obtain an unweighted gpa of 4.0. </p>

<p>What are my chances for computer engineering at :

Georgia Tech

<p>You should be able to get into all those schools, except maybe Stanford and UCLA if you are out of state. Those two would then be reaches...</p>

I think I may apply Single Choice Early Action to Stanford because out of my list of schools, I believe only UMD and CMU have early action/decision, so I guess I might as well do it. My unweighted GPA is 3.47 (at my hs it takes all 99%'s to achieve 4.0), but my high school doesn't send that number out.</p>
