My chances? Barnard and a few other schools...

I am currently a junior at a competitive public high school in NJ that usually sends at least a few kids to the ivies (usually the "lower ivies" like Cornell) each year. I am an Indian (from India) female and would really appreciate it if you could chance me at the following schools:

Barnard College (top choice, will apply early decision)
NYU Gallatin (second choice)
Wellesley College
Tufts University
Brown University
University of Chicago
Vassar College
George Washington University
Northeastern University
College of William & Mary
Safety: Rutgers University

GPA: 4.1/4.5 (my school calculates GPA a bit differently; they don't weight but B+s, which are 85s-89s are a 3.5, As, which are 90s-94s are a 4, and 95+s are 4.5s)
On a 4.0 scale, my UW GPA is around a 3.84 and weighted is a 4.47; my average out of 100 is about a 93
I have an upward trend in grades (90 average freshman year, 92 average sophomore year, and 97 average junior year so far) and have gotten three B+s (all in math/science courses, the rest are As) in my high school career. I have taken 8 honors courses, and will have completed 10 APs by the time I finish high school. My school does not rank.

SAT: 2180 (M: 740, CR: 710, W: 730); I will take it again and am hoping to get it up to a 2200.
SAT IIs:
US History-780
Math II-750

ECs:
-Model UN: Co-founded the club at my school sophomore year, have been co-president ever since
-JSA: President of my school's chapter; was treasurer last year. I am also on the Mid-Atlantic State Cabinet
-Newspaper: Currently Opinions Editor; will probably be Editor in Chief next year

-I have also volunteered in India at under-funded health clinics in villages around Delhi

-Have been published in my school's Literary Magazine

I have no hooks and will not be applying for financial aid. I am mostly worried that my stats (mostly my GPA) are too low. I know this is really long and I have started a similar thread in the past but I would just really like to hear opinions from people besides my guidance counselor or parents so please reply. Thanks!
