My chances for a top ten MBA program?

Florida State University:
GPA: 4.0
Major: Economics
Coauthoring research with an econometrics professor.
Going to write a senior thesis with this research and graduate with honors in the major.
Was heavily involved in community service for a semester and received 3 service awards from the organization (not from the university, which is why I might omit the awards part in my application).
Was a writer on a school newspaper and was promoted to director.
By the time I graduate I will have had 2 years of management and data analysis experience from a local social media advertising firm that I had interned for but wanted me for a management and data analysis position
GMAT: haven't taken yet, but let's say I receive a score that these schools are looking for.
Chances for: Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Wharton, Kellogg, University of Chicago, Tuck, Haas, Columbia, and Stern.
P.S. anything you would recommend that I do in addition to all this let me know.

Top MBA programs require a minimum of two years post bachelor’s employment before considering your application. Internships will not count at these schools. They may count at lower ranked MBA programs.

^I said it’s a job that started as an internship (because of my hard work they wanted me to work when I told them I didn’t want to continue with the internship). Will it matter that this job of 20-30 hours per week for 2 years was during my undergraduate studies? Does it have to be after? I don’t see how it should make a difference of if it is before or after, as long as you have it.

Also, specifically on the MIT website for their MBA program, it states no business experience is required. So I don’t believe it is a requirement, although I do believe most applicants have it.
