<p>Hello, I was hoping some of you could give me insight into my chance for acceptance to BC for regular decision.</p>

Large Public School in Suburban Chicago
I am a practicing Catholic</p>
<p>ACT:30(29,29 on English, math; 32 on reading, 31 on science). Writing-10
4.0/4.0 scale weighted GPA(A’s and B’s in mostly honors and AP except for Spanish)
I have taken AP Lang(3) and AP US(4) and right now AP’s I am in is Psych, Lit, Gov.
I have always struggled the most with math and science( I am in pre calc honors and have taken Bio H, Chem H, Physics, and am now in an anatomy and sports medicine science class).
I have really done well in English and Social studies and plan on majoring in Political Science and History with a pre-law intent</p>
<p>I have been a two time captain of my xc team. I was apart of a state championship team my sophomore year. Last year I was an All-State runner in Illinois and 64rth at the National Meet. I have been All-Conference(twice), All Regional, and All Sectional. I was also voted last year MVP for my team. In this upcoming month, I am hoping to do even better in these races and hopefully be apart of a state championship team.
I have been a state qualifier in Track as log as an all sectional and Conference runner.
*I am hoping to run at BC too if I plan on going there, but I don’t want to rely on that</p>
<p>Student council in 9th and 10th grade as well as voted by 700-800 of my classmates to Junior Class President.
I was awarded an award called the Citizenship Award(given to a male and a female each year in a grade with about 700-800 kids voted by faculty and past winners).
I am a member of National Honor Society and have been a tutor and have coordinated Salvation Army Xmas events.</p>
<p>I plan on working very hard on my essays and I think those writing my letter of recommendations will do a very good job.</p>
