My Chances for an Ivy School

My school is within the top ten in the nation, but with 5000 kids plus, rankings are unknown and hard to maintain.

9th grade- Weighted 3.511
10th grade- Will end with a 3.81

I'm currently a sophomore and have not taken my SAT yet.
I'm in the IB program, so I will be graduated with the IB Diploma (If that helps)
I've been in:
Student Council for 3 years
Model United Nations for 1 year
College Partnership Program for 4 years
Speech and Debate for 1 year
National Society of High School Scholars for 3 years
Basketball Manager for 1 year
National Honor Society for 2 years
Partners Club for 2 years
Field Hockey for 2 years
Volunteering at the Zoo for 5 years
Volunteering at camps fro 3 years
and all these clubs I will be continuing on throughout the rest of high school.
What should I do to raise my chances on getting into the university?

I do not have time for SAT prep courses, but I will try my hardest to get the highest score, Please give me some advice.

Will be taken all IB Classes so that will bring my GPA way up since each class is 1.0 Boost...

Impossible to tell without any SAT/ACT/PSAT. However, your grades are probably not high enough, considering a 3.8 weighted is not that great. GL
